To accept or reject the uploaded proforma invoice you must change your order status in your order history section.
Stonecash platform transmits the details of your order to the seller and sending you a confirmation email for all the seller status changes of your order.
When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the seller. As such, the sellers are given access to an extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all prices, availability and other information which is displayed on our website. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor we can be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any temporary and or partial breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Buyers and Sellers must be registered on the Site to access or use services of StoneCash.net (a registered User is also referred to as a “ Member” below)
Users may register on StoneCash.net as a buyer or as a seller. StoneCash.net may cancel or terminate a member account if StoneCash.net has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently controlled another member account. Further, StoneCash.net may reject User’s application for registration for any reason.
Each Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of its Member ID and password and for all activities that occur under its account. No Member may share, assign, or permit the use of its Member account, ID or password by another person outside of the Member’s own business entity. You agree to notify StoneCash.net immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account.
Member agrees that all activities that occur under Member account (including without limitation, posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any Additional Agreement or rule, subscribing to or making any payment for any service, sending emails using the email account or sending SMS) will be deemed to have been authorized by the Member. Member acknowledges that sharing of the account access with other persons, or allowing multiple users outside of your business entity to use your account (collectively, "multiple use "), may cause irreparable harm to StoneCash.net or other Users of the Site. A member shall indemnify StoneCash.net, our directors, employees, agents and representatives against any loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) suffered as a result of the multiple uses of your account. Member also agrees that in case of the multiple uses of your account or Member’s failure to maintain the security of your account, StoneCash.net shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s account without liability to Member. If Member's account gets suspended or terminated, all members can be informed by Stonecash or any Member without any liability to Stonecash or its Members.
Each Member represents, warrants and agrees that (a) you have full power and authority to accept the Terms, to grant the license and authorization and to perform the obligations hereunder; (b) you use the Site and Services for business purposes only; and (c) the address you provide when registering is the principal place of business of your business entity. For purposes of this provision, a branch or liaison office will not be considered a separate entity and your principal place of business will be deemed to be that of your head office. Upon becoming a Member, you consent to the inclusion of the contact information about you in our Customer Database and authorize StoneCash.net to share the contact information with sellers. Member agrees to be responsible also for all the actions of its registered Subaccounts if any ( including but not limited to the actions described in this Terms & Conditions).
Through the Site, StoneCash.net provides electronic web-based platforms for exchanging information between buyers and sellers of products and services. StoneCash.net additionally provides electronic web-based transaction platforms for Members to book, place, accept, conclude, manage and fulfill orders for the provision of products and services online within the Site. However, for any Services, StoneCash.net does not represent either the seller or the customer in specific transactions. StoneCash.net does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Site or the ability of the sellers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.
In the event that any User has a dispute with any party to a transaction, such User agrees to release and indemnify StoneCash.net (and our agents, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.
The completed the review may be (a) uploaded into the relevant property's information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the material, and (b) (wholly or partly) used and placed by StoneCash.net at its sole discretion (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by StoneCash.net. We reserve the right to show or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The customer review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever.

StoneCash.net exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to all intellectual property rights of the look and feel (including infrastructure) of the website on which the service is made available (including the users reviews and translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and the users reviews) or our brand without our express written permission.
