Widia V-groove router bit for Stone, Marble and Granite

They are a single lip V-groove router bits for engraving and writing in marble and soft stone.

The Widia V-groove router bits are the standard tools for making engraves and for lettering in stone by a CNC router machine and it’s used also for the finishing in bas-relief works.
You can choose from the 2 different versions, marble and granite, in order to have the right widia bond.  You can choose bits with a central water feed (holed type) or without the central water feed (not-holed type).
The holed version allows inner water flow.

These V-groove router bits have 10 mm cylindrical shank.

Widia tools are mainly used in soft stones and marble. For engraving granite and hard materials, we suggest using a Polycrystalline granite engraving tool

Working parameters suggested for a widia V-groove router bit:

• 5000/7000 rpm
• Feed rate 300/500 mm per minute
• Maximum depth 4 mm
• We suggest a ramp input when the tool goes inside the stone
