Aluminum vacuum manifold

Vacuum manifold fitted with ball valves, nickel-plated brass faucet and swivel fittings. Made of 2 lines of parallel outputs but independent.

Available in 3 different models for the number of outputs:

• Vacuum manifold with 10 outputs (5 for each line)
• Vacuum manifold with 20 outputs (10 for each line)
• Vacuum manifold with 32 outputs (16 for each line)

For each model, you can choose the air pipe fitting between 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm.

In the CNC working field, a vacuum manifold like this one is used to connect the vacuum pump to the suction cups. The number of outputs depends on the number of suction cups to be connected at the same time. In this case (vacuum suction cups application) thanks to the 2 independent lines it’s possible to connect the vacuum of the upper plates to one line and the bottom plates to the other one. In this way, it’s possible to leave the vacuum in the cups attached to the table and release the vacuum in the cups attached to the workpiece.
